Golf and Utility Car Rentals

We service the entire midwest area from Chicago to St. Louis, from Indianapolis to Des Moines.

We proudly serve both private and corporate customers.

Whether you need 2 golf carts for a weekend or 90 golf carts for a week long event, we have the carts and a delivery solution that will work for you!

All golf cars are inspected to insure they are in excellent working order. Most are gas powered. Average run time is 2-3 days without the need to be refueled. All rental golf carts have a sun canopy to protect from sun or rain.

We also have extensive experience serving the auto racing and film industries.

Delivery: Rentals (except local golf courses) will have a delivery charge, determined by distance. Saturday or Sunday drop-offs or pick-ups are not available.

Weekend: Rentals that start Friday thru Sunday are considered a weekend rental and subject to at least a 2 day fee

Payment: We accept all major credit cards, cash or check. Corporate customers may provide a purchase order. Payment is expected in advance of rental.

Timing: We will work as fast as needed, however 2-3 weeks notice is ideal to plan for your event. 6 passenger carts are in high demand, so please book your event as early as possible for availability.

Insurance: We do not offer insurance for golf car rentals. Proof of insurance is required.

Lease Agreement

Lease agreement between Prairie Land Golf & Utility Cars LLC (Lessor) And (Lessee)

Lessor agrees to furnish golf cars to the above lessee per the conditions listed below.

Delivery Instructions:

Please note that a delivery fee, based on number of carts and distance, will been added to the price of all rentals unless you specify customer pick up.

Insurance

It is required that the lessee provide a certificate of liability insurance.

Lessee is required to provide proof of risk of loss insurance & liability insurance on all equipment and items leased. Lessee is responsible for all damages, risk of loss, theft, fire or any other damages, whether seen or unforseen, to equipment once delivered to lessee and until receipt of carts at lessor's place of business.

Lessee Agrees To:

1. Return said golf cars in as good condition as received and agrees to pay for any damages sustained, normal wear & tear expected.
2. Make payment of the rental & delivery fees prior to delivery of the carts. If there remains any outstanding balance due after 10 days from when the cars are picked up by lessor, or returned by lessee, then interest shall accrue at the rate of 1% per month, until the outstanding balance is satisfied

3. Render lessor harmless if mechanical failure to our delivery equipment prevents delivery.

4. Pay any and all reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, witness fees, court reporter fees, service fees and any and all other expenses required by the lessor to enforce this lease agreement or for the collection of money owed and due to lessor.

5. Not allow any person without a valid driver's license to operate any of the rented golf cars.

The construction and performance of this lease agreement shall be deemed governed by the laws of the state of Illinois By executing this lease agreement, lessee agrees to venue and the in personam jurisdicition which is chosen by lessor. Lessee further waives his right, if any, to remove an action filed by lessee to federal court or to a different venue in Illinois than that filed by the lessor.
